TOPIC: Overcoming Perfectionism
My Name is Holly Ann Kasper and I am a full time homemaker and homeschool mama. I am also a recovering perfectionist. Despite the fact that I am blessed to be living my dream, I struggled for years with feeling undeserving of any of it. I grew up with challenges, as we all do to varying degrees, and faced immense internal struggles; feeling like an imposter; terrified of my own vulnerability; and unaware of my needs and desires. I was blinded to the blessings of life and prevented myself from experiencing it with all of the joy life has to offer, because I was consumed with insecurity and feelings of inadequacy. I was unloved and unlovable in my head even though I was not aware of it.
Over years of personal development, I finally learned what was going on with my thoughts and my beliefs about myself and the world and where I fit into the world. I decided I was done bullying myself and allowing my experience to be drowned out by my struggles. I was ready to love myself, and actually enjoy the experience of my life. And so my work continued and evolved and eventually led to breakthroughs in how to free myself from these limits, how to really begin to accept and embrace who I am, and how to see myself as enough and my value as constant. I felt the tension and anxiety leave my body more easily. I started to forgive myself and began to feel comfortable in my own skin, loving my body for what it was and using exercise to feel great and relieve stress, not to change my body into any standard. I started to see where I actually had power in my life and how I was not helpless or hopeless.
This journey re-sparked a passion that had always been inside, but now it was clear what it was meant for. I was meant to spread the message of unconditional love; to help women to radically embrace who they are now and where they came from so they can grow into their own allies, breaking up with the bully in their heads, and becoming a source of empowerment for themselves and the world around them.
I believe in my purpose so fervently and that’s why I began The Radical Imperfectionist Podcast and Website to provide women with a means to find this freedom that has transformed my life. I am not perfect and no longer try to be, nor is that what I present to the world in my resources. I am instead too focused on the journey and relishing in all of it, mistakes included. I have much more work to do, but I am here to be my messy self for the world, so that others feel the joy of showing up as their imperfect selves too.
I am so excited to be a part of such an incredible group of women spreading messages of healing into the world, especially in such a time as these.

TOPIC: Why Creating in a Crisis is Courageous
Jody Pittner is the Creator of The Truly Connected Institute, a space for makers, manifestors, healers, change agents, and entrepreneurs who are ready to up-level creative abundance and learn how to fuel their life and business with the power of feminine wisdom!
It is Jody's mission to use her creativity to alleviate suffering and empower people to create change.
She has been an artist for over 35 years and has experienced ebbs and flows, even periods of complete creative blocks. She's been an entrepreneur since her first failed attempt at a handmade teddy bear business when she was 19. She's done freelance strategic marketing, taught art classes, created a community garden, and eventually reinvented her career at the age of 40!
After getting her Master of Art in Counseling and Art Therapy in 2014, she worked long, grueling hours in 2 large hospitals. The demands of family and the reality of burn out led her to start my own small private practice.
Now a few years in, she had found herself on a much deeper entrepreneurial journey. What she is learning as a entrepreneur is colliding with what she knows to be true as an artist and spiritual sojourner. The result? The Truly Connected Institute!

TOPIC: Starting the Conversation: The Reality of Painful Intercourse
Invented out of Necessity. People are always hesitant to ask me why I created Ohnut. Because I needed it! I always assumed sex was supposed to be painful sometimes, so for years I worked around it and never spoke up… until finally the physical discomfort from sex made me feel like a failure—to myself and my partner. So when I came up with the crazy idea to put a pink frosted donut on a penis... everything changed. I experienced not only physical relief but an emotional upheaval. I finally realized that it wasn’t my fault.
TOPIC: Tools for helping with pelvic health
Life took an interesting and wonderful turn when I purchased Soul Source Therapeutic Devices from my family in 2013. After 33 years of running the sales and marketing department of the security company that I co-owned with my husband, it was now my turn. Here I was, in my 50’s, and finally in my dream career. It was time to focus on my passion, women’s health and my new company, Soul Source Therapeutic Devices which manufactures vaginal dilators here in the USA.
Today I am thrilled to be helping women regain and maintain their sexual health worldwide, with distributors located in the United Kingdom, Israel, Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. In addition I have a strong commitment to helping underserved women in Africa and I donate vaginal dilators to nonprofit organizations serving fistula patients. I t is my honor to help this population in Africa as well as an organization (Clitoraid) that performs surgical repair on women that have experienced genital mutilation.
In addition we support the health needs of the transgender community by manufacturing a dilator designed specifically for this population.
I currently live in Los Angeles with my husband of 38 years and our big mutt , Harvey. Although I left New York over 40 years ago the New Yorker in me is strong and I continue to sound “like I just got off the boat”. I am the proud mother of 2 sons and soon to have an official daughter in law.
Our Mission
